Privacy & Artwork Data Supplement

Effective date: October 27, 2026

Business entity: Vyzzor LLC. Storefront: Sticker Distortion (stickerdistortion.com).

This Privacy & Artwork Data Supplement explains how Vyzzor LLC processes information for the Sticker Distortion brand, including custom artwork, VyzStudio approvals and production records.

Our main Privacy Policy is generated and automatically maintained through Shopify. This Supplement adds the information specific to our separately hosted VyzStudio, artwork and production records. Read the two notices together; this Supplement does not replace the main Privacy Policy or reduce an applicable privacy right. Sticker Distortion is operated by Vyzzor LLC.

This Supplement should be read together with:

In this Supplement, “Sticker Distortion,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Vyzzor LLC.

Sticker Distortion uses this information to prepare, manufacture, inspect, fulfill, ship, reproduce, or support the applicable order.

3. Electronic Artwork Approval

For orders completed through VyzStudio, the customer reviews the final saved design and electronically records print approval before checkout. This authorizes reproduction of the selected artwork and specifications; it does not itself authorize public portfolio or advertising use. Internal technical and prepress checks remain distinct from customer approval.

The approval may be recorded through:

  • A checkbox;
  • A confirmation control;
  • An approval button;
  • A product-customization interface; or
  • A comparable electronic mechanism.

Sticker Distortion may retain information concerning:

  • The design approved;
  • The approval date and time;
  • The order associated with the approval;
  • Product selections;
  • Customization instructions; and
  • Other technical or transactional evidence reasonably necessary to document the approval.

Approval records may be used to:

  • Produce the order;
  • Confirm customer instructions;
  • Investigate production issues;
  • Resolve refund or reprint requests;
  • Respond to payment disputes or chargebacks;
  • Prevent fraud; and
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. Personal Information About Employees and Other Individuals

Customers may submit information about employees, contractors, visitors, customers, organization members, or other individuals for use in customized products.

This information may include:

  • Names;
  • Titles;
  • Roles;
  • Training descriptions;
  • Authorization status;
  • Photographs;
  • Company affiliations;
  • Identification numbers;
  • Dates;
  • Contact information; or
  • Other information included in the customer’s design.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

  • The information is accurate;
  • Its submission is lawful;
  • The customer has authority to provide it;
  • Any legally required permission has been obtained;
  • Any required privacy notice has been provided; and
  • The information is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the intended product.

Sticker Distortion does not independently verify whether a customer has obtained every authorization or consent required to submit information about another person.

Sticker Distortion may refuse or suspend an order if the submitted information creates a substantial privacy, fraud, safety, or legal concern.

5. Sensitive Information

Sticker Distortion does not ordinarily require highly sensitive personal information to manufacture its standard products.

Customers should not upload or send information such as:

  • Social Security numbers;
  • Complete financial-account information;
  • Payment-card numbers;
  • Account passwords;
  • Government identification documents;
  • Medical records;
  • Biometric identifiers;
  • Precise geolocation history;
  • Immigration documents; or
  • Personal information belonging to a child.

If a design legitimately requires information that may be sensitive, the customer must contact Sticker Distortion before submitting it.

Sticker Distortion may delete, reject, restrict, or request modification of content containing unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Customer Communications

When a customer communicates with Sticker Distortion, we may collect:

  • Name;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Company information;
  • Order number;
  • Message content;
  • Attachments;
  • Photographs;
  • Videos;
  • Voice messages;
  • Quote information;
  • Complaint or claim information;
  • Customer-service notes; and
  • Other information voluntarily supplied.

Depending on the channels we expressly make available, communications may occur through:

  • Email;
  • Website contact forms;
  • Customer chat;
  • Telephone;
  • Social media;
  • Additional messaging channels, when offered; or
  • Other communication services adopted by Sticker Distortion.

We use this information to:

  • Respond to inquiries;
  • Prepare quotations;
  • Process orders;
  • Review artwork;
  • Provide customer support;
  • Investigate claims;
  • Resolve disputes;
  • Prevent fraud; and
  • Maintain appropriate business records.

7. Available Communication Channels

Customers may contact us through our website, email or any channels we expressly make available. Do not transmit payment-card details, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information through ordinary email or social messaging. We process correspondence to answer questions, document approvals, resolve claims and protect transactions. Channels and providers can change; check current contact information on our website.

8. Reviews and Submitted Content

If customer reviews or public submissions are offered in the future, the applicable privacy terms and publication controls will be disclosed when those features are enabled. We do not represent that a reviews platform is currently active.

9. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Only with separate express permission for the relevant purpose and scope may Sticker Distortion photograph or publicly display identifiable customer artwork or a completed customer order. Subject to that permission, possible placements include:

  • Product galleries;
  • Portfolios;
  • Social-media accounts;
  • Marketing materials;
  • Advertising;
  • Trade presentations; or
  • Examples of production capabilities.

An artwork upload, print approval, payment or order does not by itself grant permission for public portfolio or promotional use. A customer does not have to object before production to keep a private submission from becoming a public showcase. Any separately agreed confidentiality restriction also applies.

Sticker Distortion will not knowingly publish:

  • Personal identification information;
  • Private employee records;
  • Medical information;
  • Confidential access credentials;
  • Private QR codes;
  • Unreleased campaign information;
  • Materials subject to a written nondisclosure agreement; or
  • Content expressly identified as confidential before production.

Portfolio use does not transfer ownership of the customer’s brand, trademark, artwork, or other intellectual property to Sticker Distortion.

To withdraw or discuss a separately granted showcase permission, or request removal of an example, contact contact@stickerdistortion.com. We will address future use and reasonably available removal steps in accordance with the agreed permission and applicable law. Materials already lawfully printed or distributed may have practical withdrawal limits; this does not eliminate a privacy right that applicable law preserves.

10. Production, Shipping, and Claim Evidence

When investigating a production, fulfillment, return, shipping, or delivery issue, Sticker Distortion may request and process:

  • Order information;
  • Photographs;
  • Videos;
  • Measurements;
  • Quantity counts;
  • Packaging photographs;
  • Shipping labels;
  • Tracking information;
  • Carrier records;
  • Delivery confirmations;
  • Surface or installation photographs;
  • Environmental information;
  • Original artwork;
  • Approved design records;
  • Written statements;
  • Physical product samples; and
  • Communications concerning the claim.

This information may be disclosed to:

  • Shipping carriers;
  • Payment providers;
  • Insurers;
  • Technology providers;
  • Professional advisers; or
  • Other parties reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve the claim.

Sticker Distortion uses claim evidence to:

  • Verify the issue;
  • Determine an appropriate remedy;
  • Present a carrier claim;
  • Detect duplicate claims;
  • Respond to a chargeback;
  • Prevent fraud; and
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

11. Payments, Fraud Review, and Chargebacks

Sticker Distortion generally does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

For payment methods actually offered at checkout, Shopify and the selected payment, card-network, financial-institution or digital-wallet providers process the details needed for that transaction. Availability is shown at checkout. Our separately hosted artwork application is not a payment-card entry system; do not send payment credentials in artwork or support messages.

Sticker Distortion may receive limited information such as:

  • Payment status;
  • Payment method;
  • Card brand;
  • Last digits of a card;
  • Billing information;
  • Transaction identifier;
  • Authorization result;
  • Refund status; and
  • Fraud-risk information.

Shopify, payment providers, and security providers may evaluate orders for fraud, unauthorized activity, payment risk, or other security concerns.

When responding to a payment dispute or chargeback, Sticker Distortion may provide the payment provider with:

  • Order records;
  • Customer approvals;
  • Artwork records;
  • Customer communications;
  • Shipping information;
  • Tracking;
  • Delivery evidence;
  • Claim history; and
  • Other documentation reasonably related to the disputed transaction.

12. Service Providers and Business Partners

Sticker Distortion may use service providers to perform functions such as:

  • Ecommerce hosting;

  • Customer accounts;
  • Product customization;
  • Artwork uploads;
  • File storage;

  • Approval recording;
  • Email delivery;
  • Customer communications;

  • Data security.

The specific providers used by Sticker Distortion may change over time.

Sticker Distortion may provide service providers with personal information reasonably necessary to perform authorized services, administer a transaction, protect the business, or comply with legal obligations.

Some providers may independently determine how they process certain information and may have their own privacy policies and terms.

The use of a new provider does not authorize Sticker Distortion to use personal information for an unrelated purpose that has not been disclosed or otherwise permitted by law.

13. Advertising and Analytics

Shopify provides ecommerce analytics and supported platform features. Additional analytics or advertising processing occurs only for enabled features and purposes permitted by applicable law and privacy choices. For the features enabled and legally permitted, Google through Google & YouTube and Meta through Facebook & Instagram by Meta may process browser/device identifiers, interactions, transaction events and, where configured, information used to match events. The information and processing depend on the selected features, data-sharing settings and applicable privacy choices. See Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Meta's Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.

These services may process:

  • IP address;
  • Cookie identifiers;
  • Device identifiers;
  • Browser information;
  • Approximate location;
  • Pages viewed;
  • Products viewed;
  • Cart activity;
  • Purchases;
  • Advertising interactions;
  • Campaign source;
  • Conversion events;
  • Hashed identifiers; and
  • Inferences concerning interests or likely purchasing behavior.

Depending on applicable state law, certain advertising-related disclosures may be considered:

  • Sale of personal information;
  • Sharing of personal information; or
  • Processing for targeted advertising.

Sticker Distortion does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary payment.

For any applicable advertising-related sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out, use Your Privacy Choices at https://stickerdistortion.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out or contact contact@stickerdistortion.com.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Shopify processes interaction information to provide Enhanced Services based on activity with our store, other merchants and Shopify, as described in the primary Privacy Policy. Information shared with Shopify and relevant providers may be processed in other countries. Shopify's automated privacy controls and properly integrated tools apply relevant consent, GPC and opt-out choices; independent scripts must also honor applicable choices. See Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers and its privacy portal at https://privacy.shopify.com/en.

14. Data Retention

Sticker Distortion retains personal information for periods reasonably necessary to:

  • Fulfill orders;
  • Provide services;
  • Maintain records;
  • Support authorized reorders;
  • Resolve claims;
  • Prevent fraud;
  • Respond to chargebacks;
  • Enforce agreements;
  • Comply with tax and accounting requirements; and
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Artwork and production files

Artwork, selected versions, cutline geometry, approval records and production files are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for their relevant order, service, dispute, authorized reorder or legal-record purpose. We do not promise a fixed artwork-storage period or permanent file availability. A privacy request may require action across both Shopify and the separately hosted artwork/project system, subject to lawful retention exceptions.

A documented, continuing reason can require some records to be kept longer, for example:

  • An authorized reorder;
  • A continuing business relationship;
  • A business account;
  • An active quote or project;
  • A complaint or claim;
  • A payment dispute;
  • A contractual obligation;
  • Intellectual-property documentation;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • A legal hold; or
  • Other lawful business needs.

Sticker Distortion does not guarantee permanent storage of customer artwork. Customers must retain their own original files.

Order and transaction records

Order, payment, invoice, shipping, tax, accounting, and refund records may be retained for longer periods required for business, accounting, audit, tax, dispute, or legal purposes.

Customer-service and claim records

Communications and supporting evidence may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to resolve the matter and defend the associated transaction.

Public content

Reviews or other public content may remain published until removed by Sticker Distortion, deleted through the applicable service, or removal is required by law.

Backups

Information removed from active use may remain in restricted backups, security logs or legally required archives while the relevant retention purpose applies. Where retained under an exception, access and reuse must remain limited to that purpose; a backup is not permission for unrelated marketing. We assess applicable deletion requests across the relevant systems and service providers.

15. Data Security

Sticker Distortion uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.

Safeguards may include:

  • Account-access controls;
  • Restricted access to production files;
  • Secure ecommerce and payment providers;
  • Authentication;
  • Fraud monitoring;
  • Vendor controls;
  • Secure transmission where available;
  • Record-retention procedures; and
  • Physical controls at business and production locations.

No security system is completely secure. Sticker Distortion cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.

Customers should:

  • Protect account credentials;
  • Use secure passwords;
  • Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information;
  • Maintain copies of original artwork; and
  • Notify Sticker Distortion promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity.

16. Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on the customer’s state of residence and applicable law, the customer may have rights concerning:

  • Access;
  • Correction;
  • Deletion;
  • Data portability;
  • Sale or sharing opt-out;
  • Targeted-advertising opt-out;
  • Certain profiling;
  • Sensitive information;
  • Appeal of a privacy decision; and
  • Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

These rights, legal exceptions, and verification requirements are described more fully in the primary Privacy Policy.

A privacy request may be submitted to:

contact@stickerdistortion.com

Use the subject line:

Privacy Request

Include:

  • Full name;
  • Email address used with Sticker Distortion;
  • State of residence;
  • Order number, when relevant;
  • The right being requested; and
  • Sufficient information to identify the applicable records.

For advertising-related opt-outs, customers may also use the Your Privacy Choices page.

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act provides covered Texas consumers with access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out rights and generally requires covered controllers to respond to authenticated requests within 45 days, subject to permitted extensions. Small businesses are generally exempt from much of the Act, although the sensitive-data sale rule can still apply.

Sticker Distortion may honor a request voluntarily even when a particular law does not apply. Doing so does not constitute an admission that Sticker Distortion is subject to that law in every circumstance.

17. Verification and Authorized Agents

For privacy requests that require identity verification, Sticker Distortion may request reasonable, proportionate information to protect the affected records. We will not require account creation or inappropriate identity verification for a valid opt-out where prohibited by law. The identification information requested below applies only when relevant to the particular request, not as a condition for every browser-level GPC or advertising opt-out.

Verification may include:

  • Email confirmation;
  • Account authentication;
  • Order number;
  • Billing or shipping information;
  • Confirmation of prior interaction; or
  • Other information reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion.

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to act for a customer, Sticker Distortion may require:

  • Written authorization;
  • Verification of the customer’s identity;
  • Direct confirmation from the customer; or
  • Other reasonable proof of authority.

Authorized-agent requests should use the subject line:

Authorized Privacy Request

18. Privacy Appeals

When applicable law provides a right to appeal a denied privacy request, an appeal may be submitted to:

contact@stickerdistortion.com

Use the subject line:

Privacy Appeal

Include:

  • The original request;
  • Sticker Distortion’s response;
  • The reason reconsideration is requested; and
  • Any supporting information.

When required by applicable law, a denied appeal response will include information concerning how to contact the appropriate state authority.

19. Children’s Information

The Services are intended for adult customers placing orders and are not directed to children under 13. For custom orders, read the children's information section of our main Privacy Policy together with this specific disclosure: adult eligibility and direct use of the Services by a child are different from an adult lawfully submitting a family photograph or other information about a child in customer artwork. Such adult-submitted content is processed only as needed for the requested order and related support, subject to lawful authority, any required permission, the sensitive-information precautions in Section 5 and applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without any authorization required by law. We will not knowingly sell or share information of a person under 16 for targeted advertising without any consent required by applicable law.

Customers must not submit information about a child unless:

  • It is necessary for a legitimate product or service;
  • The customer has lawful authority to submit it; and
  • Any required parental or legal authorization has been obtained.

Contact contact@stickerdistortion.com if you believe information concerning a child was submitted improperly.

VyzStudio RECORDS

VyzStudio processes original uploads, customer-selected edited versions, captured vector cutline geometry, selected product options, file-integrity checksums, project/order references and approval events. These records help preserve the approved design, prepare production files, fulfill orders, investigate claims and support authorized reprints. Authorized production and fulfillment service providers receive only information needed for their role. Private artwork and production records are not public review submissions. Access safeguards and integrity checks protect the workflow without eliminating applicable access, correction or deletion rights.
