Shipping policy
Effective date: October 27, 2026
Sticker Distortion is a brand of Vyzzor LLC. Website: stickerdistortion.com.
1. SHIPPING AREA
Sticker Distortion currently offers shipping only to eligible destinations in the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Washington, D.C. We do not currently offer shipping to countries outside the United States, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO destinations. Shipping to a P.O. box depends on whether an eligible postal service is available. Certain carrier services require a physical street address. If no eligible carrier service is available for the requested address and package, the customer cannot complete checkout under that method; please contact us rather than assuming shipping is included.
2. TWO DISTINCT PRODUCTION PROGRAMS
Standard Stickers: We target physical handoff to the carrier within 3 business days after receipt of a properly completed order, including payment or payment authorization and the customer-approved, usable artwork needed to process and ship it. For orders completed through VyzStudio, artwork approval normally takes place before checkout. Carrier transit time is additional. If we cannot meet an advertised or confirmed shipment date, Section 8 applies.
Price Distortion: Lower-priced White Vinyl stickers follow a production schedule of approximately 5-10 business days, with a target to hand the parcel to the carrier no later than the tenth business day after receipt of a properly completed order with payment or payment authorization and approved, usable artwork. Carrier transit time is additional; the tenth business day is not a promised delivery date. Any inability to meet an advertised or confirmed dispatch deadline is handled under Section 8.
How we count business days: Dates are determined in Fort Worth, Texas local time (America/Chicago, including daylight saving time). The local calendar date when we receive the properly completed order is day zero and is not counted as production day one. The first qualifying business day after that date is day one, including when the order is received on a weekend or excluded holiday. Orders received at any hour on the same local calendar date are counted alike; no earlier time-of-day cutoff applies.
Our order-timing calendar counts Monday through Friday, excluding New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington's Birthday (Presidents Day), Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. A listed fixed-date holiday falling on Saturday is observed on the preceding Friday; one falling on Sunday is observed on the following Monday. Any additional closure affecting new orders must be disclosed before ordering. An unexpected closure or production issue does not retroactively extend an accepted order's shipment commitment; Section 8 applies.
Production and carrier transit are separate. The applicable shipping commitment communicated when the customer orders, including an expressly confirmed ship-by date, takes precedence over general estimates. Internal review, payment settlement, processing status or creation of a shipping label does not restart the production-day count or establish that an order has shipped.
3. VyzStudio, ARTWORK APPROVAL AND ORDER READINESS
Customers submitting custom artwork must review the saved design, size, shape, cut method, approved border, material, finish, quantity, text and other specifications before authorizing print production. The electronic approval recorded before checkout authorizes manufacture using the final saved design and confirmed order specifications. A routine second customer proof is not normally required after that approval. On-screen previews assist review but cannot guarantee identical physical color, texture, shine or reflective appearance. Our internal technical and prepress checks occur before manufacturing. They do not silently replace the customer-approved artwork or extend a stated shipping commitment. If an artwork defect or other material issue prevents production as approved, we will contact the customer; any significant design or specification change requires renewed approval where appropriate, and any shipment delay is handled under Section 8.
4. SHIPPING RATES - STANDARD STICKERS
Standard orders or the Standard portion of a mixed order qualify for free eligible ground shipping once the merchandise subtotal of the WHOLE ORDER, including any Price Distortion merchandise, reaches USD 100 AFTER applicable discounts and before shipping and taxes. If that post-discount subtotal is under USD 100, the available carrier-calculated shipping charge is shown at checkout. Shipping cost may vary by address, package, dimensions, weight, carrier and service availability. We do not guarantee a fixed national rate. The actual checkout offer controls the charge.
5. FREE TRACKED GROUND - PRICE DISTORTION
Eligible Price Distortion orders qualify for tracked ground shipping at no additional shipping charge to eligible destinations in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. The service is subject to actual carrier availability, package eligibility and address validation. If an appropriate tracked ground method is unavailable for the selected destination, we will not silently charge an unapproved surcharge or promise delivery through an unavailable service; we will contact the customer or prevent unsupported checkout.
6. MIXED ORDERS AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS
A mixed order contains both Standard and Price Distortion products. The two programs are processed and shipped as TWO separate fulfillment groups because they have different production lead times. Standard products may dispatch and arrive before Price Distortion items. Each group has its own production target, applicable shipment tracking and carrier events. Price Distortion remains eligible for free tracked ground shipping. The ENTIRE post-discount merchandise subtotal, including Price Distortion, is used to determine whether the Standard group meets the USD100 threshold. The checkout's shipping total may combine the two groups into one displayed amount; the operational shipments remain separate. There is no extra delivery charge solely because we split one paid order under these rules.
7. CARRIERS AND SERVICES
Available tracked services may include USPS Ground Advantage and FedEx ground or comparable eligible services displayed at checkout. We generally use the service selected or made available at checkout, and may substitute a comparable service when operationally reasonable without materially reducing the purchased service level. We cannot promise a particular carrier, exact transit duration or tracking scan time in every postal code. Expedited carrier transit does not automatically expedite production.
8. DELAYED PRODUCTION AND SHIPMENT
We must have a reasonable basis to expect shipment within the time represented when an order is placed. Shipment means physically placing the package in the carrier's possession; a printed label or internal fulfillment status is not shipment. If we learn we cannot meet the advertised or confirmed shipping deadline, we will notify the customer promptly and no later than that deadline. The notice will provide a revised shipping date, or explain why a reliable date is unavailable, and explain how to accept the delay or cancel the affected unshipped merchandise for a full and prompt refund as required by law. A customer may contact contact@stickerdistortion.com to exercise the cancellation option. We will obtain consent when required and cancel and refund when the applicable law requires it because consent has been refused or not obtained. We will not treat silence as consent to an indefinite delay or to a subsequent delay for which express consent is required. The made-to-order final-sale policy, work already started, materials committed or a purchased label do not override mandatory shipment-delay cancellation and refund rights. Required refunds will follow the statutory timetable described in the Returns & Refunds Policy, without prohibited deductions or compulsory store credit.
9. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers must provide and check the correct recipient, address, suite/apartment number, city, state, ZIP and contact details. Changes requested after checkout cannot be guaranteed once label creation or carrier handoff begins. Carrier intercept, address correction, return-to-sender, reshipment, or new production caused by a customer-provided incorrect address may require additional charges to the extent lawful, communicated before new work is authorized.
10. REFUSED, UNCLAIMED AND RETURNED PACKAGES
A package refused, left unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned to sender is not automatically eligible for a refund, particularly for approved made-to-order products. We review the reason and condition of the return before proposing reshipment, a remedy or a lawful charge. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
11. TRACKING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Tracking for an eligible tracked shipment is generally made available through order status updates or email after the applicable parcel has been prepared for carrier handoff. Tracking scans may not appear immediately. A generated shipping label is not proof that the carrier has physically received the parcel, and the carrier acceptance event is distinct from the date the label was purchased. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly agreed in writing. Production, physical handoff and transit are separate stages.
12. PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED
If tracking shows delivery but the customer cannot locate the package, first check the order address, household/reception/mailroom, and potential alternate drop-off locations, then contact us promptly. We may request reasonable information and initiate a carrier inquiry. A delivered scan is evidence that will be assessed along with the circumstances; it is not a blanket waiver of rights.
13. LOST PACKAGES
Estimated delivery dates do not by themselves establish loss. We may initiate the applicable carrier trace and require a reasonable carrier investigation. When a package is confirmed lost, we will offer an appropriate remedy such as reprint, replacement or refund of affected merchandise, as required by applicable law and the circumstances. We will not demand duplicate recovery for the same loss.
14. DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS
Report visible shipping damage, damaged packaging, wrong products or apparently missing contents promptly and ideally within 7 calendar days after delivery, together with clear photographs of the merchandise, packaging and shipping label. Preserve damaged items and packaging until we advise otherwise. A detectable printing, cutting, quantity, material or finishing defect should be reported within 30 calendar days after delivery under the Returns & Refunds Policy. These service periods do not replace non-waivable statutory rights.
15. RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND RELATED CLAIMS
Do not return custom products to the public business address without written return authorization. The correct return destination and instructions will be supplied when a return is approved. Refund, replacement, cancellation, dispute and final-sale conditions are addressed in the separate Returns & Refunds Policy, subject to applicable law.
16. TRANSPORT LIMITS AND SPECIAL CASES
Package dimensions, weather, carrier disruption, peak periods, access limitations and transportation emergencies can affect transit and quotes. Some services have limited carrier liability; not all shipments are insured for full product value. Orders outside our available US region or incompatible with available carriers should not be treated as accepted for shipment under this policy. For unusually large or technically exceptional orders we may contact the customer regarding permitted alternatives before acceptance.
